Le Comptoir de Maurel, a SAS registered with the Evry Trade and Companies Register, whose full details appear in the legal notice.

Data collected

Through the contact form: last name, first name, company, email address, subject, message and, if you provide them, phone or WhatsApp, country and product. No other personal data is collected.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial offer. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive.

Recipients

Your messages are read by the Le Comptoir de Maurel team. They pass through our technical providers: Cloudflare for website hosting and the form's anti-bot check (Turnstile), and Resend for sending emails. These providers may process data outside the European Union, under contractual safeguards that comply with the GDPR. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Retention period

Three years from our last exchange, unless a business relationship is ongoing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form, choosing the subject "Other". You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Audience measurement

We measure website traffic with Umami, anonymously and without cookies: page views, visitors' countries, clicks on the quote buttons. No data can identify you, so no consent banner is needed.
