We do more than introduce a buyer to a mill. We follow the operation from start to finish, until the goods arrive at your port.
Step 1
Specifications
You tell us the product, grade, packaging, volume and port of discharge, as well as the brand: neutral packaging or your own brand (private label). If you have your own specification sheet, we start from it. We then identify the mills in our network that meet it.
Step 2
Samples
Before any commitment, we send you samples. You check the quality yourself or with your laboratory. The order is placed on that basis.
Step 3
Contract and payment
The contract sets out the product, quality, quantity, Incoterm and schedule. Payment is secure, against shipping documents: it is tied to the documents for your goods.
Step 4
Inspected loading
At loading, an independent body, SGS or Bureau Veritas, checks quality, quantity and packaging, with us on site. You receive the inspection certificate.
Step 5
Vessel tracking
From departure, we track the vessel in real time. You receive regular reports: departure, position, estimated time of arrival.
Step 6
Arrival at port
On arrival, we stand by you for the receipt of the goods and the handover of documents.
